Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated August 14, 2026

The short version

You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a period.

There is a free plan and it does not expire. It exists so you can find out whether the service suits you before paying, which is also why we do not run a separate trial.

What you are paying for

A subscription to a plan, billed at the interval you chose, renewing automatically at the price then in effect until you cancel.

The plan raises limits — how many active projects, how much storage, how many uploads a day, whether certain features are available. Those numbers are shown before you subscribe. Nothing about the subscription touches the money between you and your own clients; we never handle that.

Cancelling

Cancel from your account settings, at any time, without having to ask anyone or explain.

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • At that point the account moves to the free plan. It does not renew again.
  • Nothing is deleted. If you are over the free plan's limits, everything you already have stays and stays accessible — you simply cannot add more of that thing until you are back under the limit. We never delete a project, an image or a commission sheet because a subscription ended.

When we refund

Write to us and we will refund, in these cases:

  • We charged you after you cancelled, or charged you twice for the same period.
  • You were charged but the plan was not applied — the payment went through and the account did not change.
  • The service was substantially unavailable for an extended part of a period you paid for.
  • You subscribed by mistake within the last 14 days and have not meaningfully used the paid features. We would rather return the money than keep a customer who did not mean to be one.

Where the mandatory consumer law where you live gives you a stronger right — a statutory cooling-off period, for instance — that right applies and nothing here reduces it.

When we do not

  • Part-way through a period because you stopped using it. You bought the period.
  • Because you forgot to cancel. Cancel and you keep the rest of the period; that is the whole design. If a renewal genuinely caught you out, write to us anyway — see the 14-day case above.
  • Because the free plan's limits are lower. They are published before you subscribe.
  • Where an account was closed for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.

How to ask

Write to the contact address at the bottom of this page from the email address on the account, and say what happened. We reply to every one of these.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. The money is returned through our payment provider, so how quickly it appears depends on your bank — usually a few working days, sometimes longer.

Who takes the payment

Payments are handled by Creem, acting as merchant of record. Creem is the seller on record for the transaction, is what appears on your statement, and handles tax and invoicing. Its terms apply to the payment itself; this policy governs what we do about your subscription.

Questions about card processing, currency, or a tax invoice go to Creem, and we will point you to the right place if you write to us first.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please write to us before asking your bank to reverse the charge. A chargeback costs us a fee and usually suspends the account automatically while it is investigated, which helps nobody — and in every case listed above we would simply have refunded you.

Changes

Changes are posted here with a new date at the top and take effect for periods beginning after that date. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
