- Your name, where clients can reach you, and a line about your style.
- Service scope
- What you draw, what to ask about first, and what you won't take.
- Pricing
- Your tiers — bust, half body, full body — with a price and turnaround for each.
- Add-ons
- Extras that change the price: extra characters, complex backgrounds, rush orders.
- Current slots
- How many slots are open right now, so clients know whether to ask.
- Usage rights
- Personal vs. commercial use, and whether you can post the piece.
- Process
- How a commission runs, from sketch to final, and how many revisions are included.
- Payment & refunds
- When payment is due, deposits, and what happens if either side cancels.
- Delivery
- How long each stage usually takes and how the final file is delivered.
